Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns


Customers may request a return or replacement only if:


- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Mandatory Opening Video Condition


To claim any refund, replacement, missing item, or damage issue, customers must record a clear continuous video while opening the package.


The opening video must clearly show:


- The sealed package before opening

- Shipping label visible

- Complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

- Product condition inside the package


Without a valid opening video proof, refund or replacement requests may not be accepted.


3. Non-Refundable Products


The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:


- Used or worn products

- Products damaged after delivery

- Products without original packaging/tags

- Items returned without opening video proof

- Customized or special-order products (if applicable)


Once a product has been used, it cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.


4. Refund Process


If your return request is approved:


- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side


5. Cancellation Policy


Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
